After waiting an age for the dog bed to arrive, I was disappointed to find it damaged. Two areas on the side where the stitching has come undone (24 hours later, more stitching has come undone).
Phoned the company (which, interestingly is not listed in Director Enquiries) and their response was, "well, you'd better get your needle and thread out." No replacement!!
Avoid this product and company at all costs.

My dog has suffered two cructiate ruptures over the past year and a half and also arthritis. I bought this bed for him to make him more comfortable. He seems to find it very comfortable. The cover is easy to remove for washing. I would recommend this if you have an elderly dog, especially if it has arthritis
