If you are a final year medical student who has clinically based extended matching question format for finals, I would highly recommend this book to you. It covers most of the topics for finals and is good at highlighting areas you have missed and need to study further. However, a few of the questions are too difficult for finals level and I believe that there are about 10-15 questions at MRCP standard (just ignore them and don't let the fact that you got 0/5 correct stress you out!!)
Particularly popular with cardiff university students, as Alcolado used to work at Cardiff university within the medical school and therefore I believe his questions are fairly similar to the cardiff format.

Ths goes through most of the subject you need to revise finals with. There are good explanations to answers, and the answers and questions seem to be up-to-date, unlike some other books on the market. Good for revision for all clinical years, especially years 4 and 5.

A good deal of the material appears to be somewhat beyond undergraduate finals level. A handful of the answers have the wrong letter designation (although the correct answer is actually given). On the upside, all answers are well-explained but overall a needlessly disheartening and occasionally frustrating book to have around during revision. Far better alternatives exist.
