An excellent product which was just what I needed to transfer my MiniDV video onto my laptop. A slim compact bit of kit and excellent value for money.

Purchased this card so I could hook my old Panasonic DV camera to my laptop; it works perfectly although as with all 34mm Express Cards it is probably wise to use it with a stabilising adapter.
I should perhaps indicate here that I use a Linux operating system on my laptop so cannot verify whether this card is Windows 'Plug & Play' compatible, but cannot see any reason why it wouldn't be.
The addition of the USB 2.0 port is helpful; you can never have enough USB ports in my opinion, although USB 3.0 would be more beneficial. That said at the price I'm certainly not complaining.
All in all I'm extremely satisfied with the card and the excellent service received from the supplier (see vendor feedback for that) so nothing short of 5 stars would be appropriate in my view.

Perfect
Excellent bit of kit. Used with laptop and windows Vista simply plug in, it installs itself and ready to go. I used this with my canon MVX460 dv camcorder. Highly recommend.
