This was an esxcellent map and easy to used; unfortunately had to be returned as I had ordererd the wrong map, but that was not a problem either.

For walking, hiking and visiting the coast or countryside, these maps are really essential. They are also pretty good road maps, if limited in scope. Quite often its necessary to buy two or even three maps, however, to plan a complete route. Eventually, OS will have to provide comprehensive on-line maps with wider coverage than a single map at present. For now, we must do with these. One note of caution, the maps seem to be inaccurate for National Trust locations - missing paths and roads, for example. Otherwise, they are indeed comprehensive and accurate.
