This book is a truly practical guide to getting in touch and learning to express your feelings through art. I'm a mental health support worker and lead a depression group and we've tried several of the exercises in this book and they work so well at encouraging greater self awareness. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in exploring themselves or encouraging others to explore and get in touch with their unexpressed feelings. A great therapeutic tool.

An excellent source and guide book on uses of art as therapy - we use this at my art therapy group, and I bought my own copy. Many good ideas for projects. I heartily recommend this book. Nicely produced and clearly illustrated with colour plates.
