Experiencing MIS 25 Sep 2010
By Jki4813 - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I had to buy this book for my Information Technology for Business Majors class. It's written to a second grade level and is extremely boring. The first chapter has key terms like "people" "processes" and other simple concepts. Basically this book was written for morons. I hate that a 200 level course is reduced to such a simple level.

The videos that come with the professor edition are also boring, and repeat word-for-word what the book says.

If you are a student, brace yourself for a dumbed-down class that you will struggle to stay awake in.

If you are a professor, please don't use this book, and teach your class to a college level instead of reducing your standards to accompany simple-minded students.

Horrible 2 Feb 2012
By DRoyer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
This book is the biggest load of crap i have ever had to read. If it were any more basic then i fear anything you may have learned while in grade school would surpass this book. The Author and publisher should be ashamed of themselves. Sad thing is i know that i will get less for this book than what i had to pay for it. If i could give this book 0 stars i would.

Good Book, Bad Questions 24 Nov 2009
By Ictiocyon - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
The material of this book is pretty decent, but the wording of the questions can be relatively unclear at times, making you wonder, what exactly are they asking sometimes.
