I was positively surprised by this method's benefits from day one I started doing the exercises, so I can strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve general health and specially to people working in IT spending many hours sitting in front of a computer.
The results are immediate and no need even bother questioning them with the science. I define myself as being 100 % scientific, but I am not afraid to try new things moreover being natural and not harming in any way. PS. I was being recommended this book by a doctor in natural sciences so...
