Delivery was very prompt and packed well. instructions were not good, but it was easy to see how to
assemble it. DVD was not for this model and was very basic, would have liked to know if more could be done
on it. It comes with a counter pump but once again no indication on how to do the different settings on it.
It is easy to use and I can feel the benefit. I cannot see any advantage with the extra headrest. Maybe if we had the right
DVD it would be clearer as to why they are there. Would like to know if anyone else can work the counter pump?

Total Abs Core Pro Exerciser with Extra Head Rest 4 Metal Spring Free Gym Balance Ball Electric Counter Pump DVD Manual and Straps
Product arrived on time. However the manual and DVD instructions are for the total abs core without head rest. Manual written in poor english. The DVD is poor and cut off in the middle of illustrations!! I have to watch illustrations from similar products in order to make maximum use of it. The workmanship is sub-standard as a spring came loose from the plastic part its stuck on and this plastic part split too. I wanted to return it but realised it came with instructions warning you pay for packaging and posting. Its easy to use thats why i gave it 2 stars.
