The proof reading on this installment is not brilliant, as there are quite a few mistakes in numbering, and more importantly, some missing information - for example, it is suggested you calculate your current calorie needs based on an activity factor, but the table containing these numbers is not in this book. Luckily this table is in the 'Eat Yourself Thin' book, so can be obtained from there.
If the proofreading had been better, I would have given it more stars as I like the overall tone of the book, Joanna's advice is good and the plan is easy to follow and (more to the point), actually works.
