if you are serious about losing weight and becoming healthy this is the book for you!
I have this one as well as drop a size in 2 weeks flat, and the knowledge in the two of them is enough to last you a life time, it's common sense we all know but sometimes we have to read it to believe we're right.

if you want to properly go by the book it tells you EXACTLY what to do, if you want to quickly lose a bit for a wedding coming up it tells you how, or it has longer term goals the more weight you want to lose the longer it takes but it accommodates everyone. but it never has a crash diet that you can't sustain!

a great tool to keep you motivated and committed. even though at the end of the day if you're over weight, you know just as well as I do, if you're going to put the effort in there is NOTHING more to it than eating less chips and more fruit and veg and going for an hour walk (not a stroll at 1.2 miles an hour) 6 days a week!

ooh and here's a word I use to keep me on track when I see myself leering towards chocolate, "Donkeying" just imagine you're digging your heels in and saying "NO!!!!" to a life never happy with the way you look, and always worrying about your health.

The proof reading on this installment is not brilliant, as there are quite a few mistakes in numbering, and more importantly, some missing information - for example, it is suggested you calculate your current calorie needs based on an activity factor, but the table containing these numbers is not in this book. Luckily this table is in the 'Eat Yourself Thin' book, so can be obtained from there.
If the proofreading had been better, I would have given it more stars as I like the overall tone of the book, Joanna's advice is good and the plan is easy to follow and (more to the point), actually works.

Because of this book I went onto Joanna halls website and booked onto one of her walking for health weekends. This was fantastic and has really encouraged me to continue with the plan.
