I really like this diary, it has helped me to control what I eat and lose a few pounds. The first one I got was a 6 week version free with a fitness magazine, the second 12 week diary I got from Amazon and I have just ordered a third!

I've purchased and I use the above for myself and a friend. We've added our own bits for your 8 glasses of water and your 5 a day. It is great. You keep a track of what you have had and the calories. You can go to the website and get info on calories etc. Once a week we add up what we have had and discuss how we are going to improve our food / exercise etc for the following week. Better than joining a diet club.

Love it, it fits inside my handbag and it gives you space to write in all you eat and all exercise you do. plus it gives you space to monitor progress....highly recommend it.
