Another top notch thriller from Vince Flynn once again featuring Mitch Rapp. Rapp has featured in the last three of Flynn's books and it is good to see him back again.
Moving from a covert operation going wrong to middle East politics and terror, this is fast moving from start to finish. The author has given real character to most of the lead players and has managed to avoid right wing rhetoric in favour of strong storylines.
This is good stuff and the author is deserving of much greater success and recognition.

Another brilliant book by Vince Flynn. These books are best read in the order they were published. The thing about his books is he builds the plot so well. The first hundred pages are always full of action but after that it is almost impossible to put the book down. Ranks equal with Michael Connelly, Robert Crais and Lee Child and i cant give higher praise than that.

Great story telling and no nonsense action. Every book in the Mitch Rapp series has been a blinder so far and I'm only half way through them all! If you love Lee Child and Jack Reacher, you'll like these - in a slightly different way - but you'll like them none the less.

I'm reading these novels in order, and, contrary to some other reviewers, thought this was one of the best so far. It's better than the previous two as it has far more action and less US politics. Yes it's a bit right wing at times with some anti Arab rhetoric....but Flynn obviously knew a lot about the complex situation in the Middle East.....and the politics involved there and in The White House sound quite convincing! These are books which should be read in order as his personal relations and character are added to in each novel. I really enjoyed this one!

The Vince Flynn 'Mitch Rapp' books just keep getting better and it's very difficult not to read them all in one long sitting. I deliberately wait between books to make the enjoyment even better. Great two stories within the one book. Love it and can't wait to open the pages of the next in the series.

Not his best, too much waffle about his relationships, a lot of political bias. Could easily have quit reading this book, although I did finish it, it was not worth it.

Fully up to expectations of the Mitch Rapp series. So far I am still at the point of wanting to read the next one as I finish the current one.

Simples, I'm hooked!
Well written action thriller with good twists. I'll be continuing with the rest of the Mitch Rapp series.
