This is the penultimate volume of the exquisitely bonkers Excel Saga and the madness doesn't let up for a moment. This volume sees the Department of City Security form the Daitenzin a Power Rangers like superhero team dedicated to fighting evil, unfortunatley there is no big evel for them to fight so they end up using their powers on litter bugs and random citizens. The volume also includes a second Menchi orientated episode with the Emergancy Rations/Dog joining a wealthy hieress on a dangerous round the worldd voyage. Another episode sees a charismatic messanger from ACROSS HQ arrive to dilive a message but is unable too untill his muse finds him. Finaly there is also another clip show, this one dedicated to the ghostly Pedro and recaps his adventures in the show.

excel saga is an amazing programme and is crazed madness in its purest form. in this volume the 5th in a 6 volume set there is no hold up in the plot or story with randomness still leading in top form. there are 4 episodes on this DVD each one unique in its own way.my favourite episode is the Pedro run though which lists the events of Pedro the ghost with occasional narration by excel and Hyatt. also possibly the greatest thing about excel saga is the background shots because there is so many little bits of humour in items in the back ground that you would have to watch repeated times to find everything. all in all if you are looking for humour in its finest look no further!.

These episodes are not as funny as the previous, but still have their own unique charm. Episode 18 is a brillient take off of power rangers. I thought Episode 20 with the Pedro recap was hilarious, especially near the end where the episode numbers kept popping up. The last episode is just do dirty, yet so hilarious with it's connotations and all. I'll recommend you to but this, because if you're buying it, you'll have the first 4 and it would be a pity to stop now
