I downloaded this app with the hope of refreshing my memory of some of the things CBT taught me. Surprisingly this app has worked really well. The diary itself is almost exactly the same format as my old CBT diary, which has made keeping notes easy. The self help reading material is pretty good too and for a free app, can't think of anything to complain about.

Definitely worth downloading if you've been through CBT yourself and want an easily manageable diary to keep up your progress.

I just had a horrendous anxiety attack and wondered whether there was any apps that could help.
I already receive CBT so tried this. What I live about it is it encourages the thought challenging aspect of CBT something I haven't found with other thought or mood trackers. And that is exactly what I need. I've even suggested to my partner so he can also help me by reading out each category

The designs not the slickest I've seen but the content really helps, especially for someone like me who often forgets in the heat of a panic

This app is fantastic. Through this app I have learned a lot more about depression and how to deal with it better. The diary function is good but the part I most like is the audio section, enabling me to do meditation to relax and to help with the symptoms. I would highly recommend this app.

I am surprised that such a well developed tool for depression exists, let alone being available to download for free - maybe because depression is new to me, so everything I read in this app is an eye opener. I have started to use the provided suggestions for managing the condition and hopefully it will help me. I am still learning bow to use various features of the app but so far I can say I am more than pleased.

There is a lot to discover in the app that I am still exploring. So far, I have used the relaxation audios to help me fall asleep; these are very effective. I love the rainbow emotion training, it helps you to learn how to feel and access a variety of positive emotions. The compassion and loving kindness audios are helpful, especially if like me, you have trouble tolerating people and can be critical (I listened to it before spending time with my in laws!). I showed the app to my clinical psychologist who was very impressed and said it all looked very correct and helpful and followed the principles of CBT, so I am confident to keep using it and exploring the various resources.
