Excellent product. Better than having to sit through a boring book. I also highly recommend Numbers for Mac by the same company (Lynda).
Use it like a seminar and just take notes. It's great to see it work on screen so it is easier to get the feel for it. Excel 2007 has a totally different look and feel than prior versions of Excel. if you are familiar with Excel 2004 for Mac you will recognize the look.
