As an RE teacher and examiner for GCSE Judaism in the UK I have read several textbooks on the subject that contain errors, ommissions and confusions. Happily this book is nothing less than excellent throughout and is the most comprehensive and reliable that I have yet found. Highly recommended for all UK high schools and introductory level adult education courses.

Fantastic guide to Judaism. It explains clearly about how the jewish faith works. I know it is technically a text book for school, but it's written in an easy to follow manner. Brilliant book which I would recommend if you want to find out the basics about the jewish faith and customs.
