Purchased for my daughter, this book is very useful for pupils, like my daughter who are studying GCSE food and nutrition. It covers most areas of the course, furthermore my daughters teacher recommended this book as the most relevant for GCSE OCR food and nutrition. The condition of the book was immaculate - on the contrary it took slightly longer than expected to be delivered but that was probably due to the postal service and not the seller. Overall,I would highly recommend this extremely useful and valuable book.

Always on the look out for ways of putting over information. Although I teach Food Technology at KS4 I will be using content and some of the ideas with Y9 students. As usual information is visual, well presented and very useable. Some good investigations, practical suggestions and ideas for trying to make meal planning and healthy eating more imaginative

This is an excellent resource. Each topic is presented in a convenient double page spread. Key questions at the end of each chapter help to consolidate the information. Highlighted key terms and useful websites make the facts more accessible.
