This book was fantastic, it's not there to teach you all the facts, but it helps you understand the questions and how to answer them to get the best marks - after all it is just a do brilliantly book. I only used it for a little a day and it helped enormously - often half the battle is just understanding what the question is asking you.
For those who need help with their examination style and are prepared to use this book to their full advantage - you will do brilliantly, I achieved A*.

I liked this book it certainly gave me a good knowledge of History for my GCSE exam for which I got an A. At sometimes the book did become a little boring though. It contains good accurate facts. Overall good revision book.

From the very start i enjoyed this book...yes i know its a revision book but it actually caught my attention and i actually wanted to read it! with all the useful hints, including the exam techniques, it was the perfect book for my GCSE's (history). I wish every GCSE revison book was like this one. It was puckka!
