I bought this to connect a laptop to a TV (CRT, not LCD, so only SCART, phono and S-Video connections).

S-Video was the best connection common to the laptop and the TV, and the pictures via the cable were as good as can be expected from S-Video - ie pretty good.

Delivery from Ex-Pro was very swift as well.
