Excellent battery, easily as good as the original item from Sony but cheaper. I've not had it long but have only needed to charge it once and have taken nearly one thousand pictures with my Sony Alpha 450 using it and still have 30% battery life left. The original battery lasted for just over 1300 pictures so it looks like it will last a similar number of photos. Whether its longevity is as good as the Sony only time will tell but I'd have no hesitation recommending this item.

Doesn't seem to last as long as the Sony Branded battery, but also at a third of the price of the Sony, so can't complain. Unlike some of the other non-Sony batteries, this one transmits remaining power percent to the camera, so at least you know when it needs changing.
I use this as a backup to the sony batteries that came with my cameras (I own an a500 and a200), and for that it is perfect.

I wasn't holding much hope for a battery at this price but it's actually fairly good. It shows the percent remaining and it charges in the same time. I haven't used it fully yet put it seems to last quite well so it's doing well as a backup.

A200 replacement Battery
Nice Price and does the job, its only a 1/3 cost of a Sony one. but lasts 3/4 the time of the sony, thats ok cos the sony is on charge and i'm still taking photos. Read more
