this battery is for Sony handycam camcorder types listed for this battery, is 7.4volt,you need to note the exact voltage for your handyman,this was purchased to provide a spare for my handycam, which is 7.2volts originally, but is within the specific operating volts, which is critical, works fine and powerful, a good value battery,

Seems as good as the Sony version but only time can tell how it lasts over a long period of use
The battery I received was a 7.2v 1600mAh, in case that helps anyone. It came charged and gave me 161 minutes in my very old HandyCam. Very happy with it.
