I have just had the same problem, but the bulbs are in my bathroom, so they don't have continuous use, but still one blew after about 4 weeks, and another after 3 months. They need to be specific and actually define what they mean by continuous. Chocolate teapot comes to mind with this purchase.

Again, would not purchase from this site, sorry. I think even giving the product 1 star is being over generous, but there wasn't an option for no stars.

Bought these to use in the office. Did not see in technical details not for continuos use, so bulbs only in a short time before they did not work. Why would you buy light bulbs if you can not have them on for long before they get too hot. Would not purchase from this site again.
