bought this for the television in the kitchen when the old freeview packed up as it seemed too good to be true... famous last words. over the five months we owned the first one it went from turning off by itself just occasionally, which we could live with, to turning off every ten minutes. by then, as it was over 30 days old i was no longer entitled to a refund and so had to return the goods at my expense and recieve another. i complained but to no avail. i decided to try out the new one as i was stuck with it anyway, but it turned off by itself within less than a minute of initial set up, and has continued to do so until being removed!! i am currently under discussion as to how many replacements i have to receive before i am refunded?! do not buy this product as it is not fit for purpose and it's warranty is worthless...

A few years ago, I bought a flat screen (analogue) TV that is mounted on the wall in my kitchen. When we switched to digital, I was mystified as to how I could still use my TV without mounting a shelf underneath for a Freeview Box (which would have spoiled its look and prevent it swivelling) Hey presto This compact little unit plugs directly into a scart socket on the back of the TV - TV reception was restored within 5 minutes of opening the box. It comes with a remote control and clear instructions written in plain English. Really recommend this
