This arrived quickly, and proved to be a excellent case for the Sony HX9v at a really low price, it is a hard case, so will protect your camera well.well lined interior, and a little net storage for extra cards.Excellent purchase.

It arrived quickly but the product was not what I wanted, it said it was to fit my camera and some others but it was far too big!

First of all, I ordered this for a Sony HX9V camera.
The delivery was quick which is good. However, when I received the case and tried it, it was way way too big for the camera!! This would obviously mean that when using it out and about,the camera will move around and bump the sides of the case. As far as I am concerned, a camera should fit snugly it a case but this was far from snug.
Anyway, I decided to return it. Returns to EXPro is quick so can't complain about that. The problem came with getting my refund....
For some unknown reason, my "refund" was £2 short of what I paid. Now, at the moment, it states that shipping is free. When I contacted the seller, they told me that they took off the "true cost" of shipping the item and proceeded to tell me that "Royal Mail do not ship for free".
Now, for one thing, if shipping is free, it is indeed that, free. The seller can't fabricate some kind of shipping fee out of thin air. Secondly, even if there was a shipping fee to pay, I would still be entitled to a refund of that according to the Distance Selling Act.
At the moment, I await their reply.
Needless to say, the item cost about 6 pounds, I paid 2 for returning it and they kept 2 more so I am out 4. You can make your mind up about this company...
