Overall this is a very good product with a high specification at a very good price and the seller is very helpful. I found the sound quality and the picture to be excellent but I have had some some problems with the products touch screen.
The touch screen is not accurate enough for me, In music mode, using the stylus which came with the product I am not always able to select the function that I want, for instance when scrolling down the list of tracks etc. when you get to the bottom of the screen and press the icon to move down the list, the device plays the track instead of moving on to the next track. I have found this very annoying at times. I have tried the touch calibration in the settings menu but this has had no effect.
Sometimes nothing happens at all when you touch the screen softly or hard. In general I have found the touch screen to be a bit random and unreliable when it comes to function selection which is a shame because otherwise the product is excellent.
I am a professional musician and I bought this product to play my backing tracks through my amplification system when I am playing live to an audiance, but I can't trust it to select the track properly every time, so I will have to find sonething else, probably costing a lot more money.
If you dont mind the above problem then this is an excellent product for you.

This is a solid devices, sold at a very competitive price and of similar sophistication to its competitors. The manual that accompanies this device is poor. Ross Elliott has put a greatly improved manual, that he has made himself, on the main file system.

Amazon Verified Purchase
This product was delivered very quickly. I followed the instructions and gave it a full charge. I strongly recommend, after switching on, going directly to ebook where you will find the very helpful README-HELP.txt. This is much easier to follow than the enclosed user manual. If following the advice in this section you still have difficulty downloading video then follow the guidance in FAQ and download the free converter. This worked a treat for me and in no time I was transferring videos to the player. The picture and sound are, I think, amazingly good for a product at this price. The 4.3 inch screen offers an excellent compromise between a compact player that you can put in your pocket and a picture with sufficient detail to enjoy. There are lighter players on the market but the player feels reassuringly solid and well made. I have had no problems with the touch screen though I do find the radio a little variable - reception wise. However, I have no doubts that this product offers remarkable value for money. I rarely write reviews but, my experience of this product and the speed of delivery is so positive,that I would like to share these views with others.
