Depends on you! The author covers weight training. Specifically why it is BETTER than aerobics for melting away the pounds and supplements that can help you shed fat. Most important, the author is not PUSHING anything- a diet- a supplement, nothing is being hawked or shoved down the readers throat! That , I appreciate. No bars, drinks, meal replacement drinks or stupid diet pills. All you get is real world dieting info, how it works and how to use it. I can't say enough about this book. Its one heck of a read.
