Format: Hardcover
This is a very useful book of strategies and options for dealing with the constant changes that life sends our way-good or bad. Each chapter is only 2 pages long ,yet her writing is succinct ,empathetic and practical. It is not meant to be read in any sort of logical sequence but dipped into as and when you need ideas for your own situation. This book works best for people who like the big picture and who can apply concepts to their lives.

A great book to have on the coffee table, as a confidence booster during times of change or stress. The book proved itself useful to dip into for inspiration, and I've had it on hand for a few months now- it can be opened at any page for a pick-me up paragraph or two. Beautifully written, and not patronising.

This book contains no new insights for living. But I liked the way it was organised and personalised. It is always good to be reminded about the basic truths in life and how to deal with our emotions!
