Bought a copy for my wife who had no knowledge of computers. She found the explainations clear and concise and the appreciated the "simple" language used. Would recommend it for any newcomer to the world of computers.

I purchased this great DVD for my mother who has recently purchased a laptop. She loved the easy going, unpatronising style and gained a great deal of confidence and knowledge. I would really recommend this DVD, particularly for the older generation. There is nothing else quite like it elsewhere and it is much more 'real' that a book. A very good buy at a sensible price.

While I haven't seen all the DVD I have seen excerpts and for someone who may be a beginner to computers this really is an ideal starting point. Not patronising, using language and guidance that assumes nothing either, this will be a real help to those who are just starting out.
