This book is written by the coaching team who helped to establish Annika Sorenstam as the world's greatest female golfer.
The authors choose not to focus on the phyisical element of the swing, so to a degree assume the reader has the basics of a decent game. Instead the jist of the text is install simple, repeatable techniques to develop the mental side of your game, encouraging the golfer to visualise and commit to each shot they play.
Whilst the book can be a little long-winded and takes a while to get to the point, I would encourage any fellow golfer to consider this publication. I can state without question that this book has helped me to lower my scores and control the frustration with the game we have all experienced!
