After using dumbell style weights, I thought I'd try these as a friend had them. They're great! Easy to hold, the strap helps to keep them from sliding. Also the weight is evenly distributed, rather than either side of your hand, which I thought made them easier to work with. I would definitely recommend these!

Bought these to go along with EA Sports and they compliment each other totally - some of the work outs say to use the green stretch band but using the weights is loads better. I hold the weights whilst doing the boxing working out and they are ideal for this. I would recommend these weights to anyone
