Good set of weights, comfortable to hold. I use them with a toning dvd and they are perfect for that. Good for beginners as they are light but you start to feel the strain as you do more reps

Great hand weights for first timers or lightweights like me. Not too heavy but you can definetly feel them working. A good buy.

Obviously they do what they are supposed to, its probably difficult to get these wrong. What I would say is that they are fairly big, if you want them for power walking round the park your going to look silly. They look bigger than in the photo.

Good value for money
I did not want to spend a lot and these are ideal and a good price. They are also a good weight for lightly toning the arms.

They're ok but don't buy them on Amazon
I have these weights in a set of 3 and only paid £14.99 at Argos. They aren't the best weights because of their rounded shape they can be a bit difficult to hold them steadily... Read more

Really good
