Good solid construction with good comfortable grip.
NB this product has two brackets that screw into the door frame - this is what allows it to carry a much higher weight load. So don't buy unless you are happy to screw into the wall.

This item is reasonably prices and I didn't really in all honesty expect half the quality I received because of how cheap it was. The bars adjust-ability to suit different door sizes is excellent and easily done, no rough handedness or messing around is required it smoothly screws longer or shorter. The addition of the two extra struts for the door frame so that it can be used for sit ups as well was an excellent idea. Since it is so easily adjusted swapping between the two is so simple and if you don't like it just left on the frame it is so easily removed to put back when you next use it with no effort at all.
The bar itself is coated in a great material which has good grip and isn't rough on your hands when using for pull ups. It is also quite soft and doesn't rub at your ankle joint when using for sit ups.
You could easily and afford-ably get in shape or shed a few pounds with this product. Now none of us have any excuse to be honest.

This works great for me because I can leave it in place as it is so minimal, the fact that it's always there means I use it more. If I had one that hooked over the door it would be stored somewhere and never get out.

jammed bar
i have received the package in good time, but when i received it the bar was jammed and still is. I am unable to extend the length of the bar and am very unhappy with is product.

Really easy to assemble. Strong piece of kit. Impressed. Good price too. It's good that you can do pull-ups and sit-ups with it.
