Read Eve of the Isle in two sittings and found it absorbing and historically accurate. Loved the central romance and tense plot centered around 1928 politics made easy to understand. As a younger reader and new to this market I shall look forward to reading the previous five books. Are there more to come? Amazon says East End Angelthis year.

This brand new book arrived with a bent, bottom right corner on the cover & a couple of dirty thumb prints along the sides of the page edges. Although I haven't yet read this book, Carol Rivers is a relatively new author & writes brilliantly about the East End, thus making all her books such enthralling sagas.
