When I started this package, I was so excited and impressed by the lovely graphics it had in the intro. but when I started doing my floor plan, I found out after a few hours of still being on the same room plan, that it was very inflexible. One little example is the fact that all doors open to only one side, so what do we do if our door is opening the other side ? We cant change that in here and hence the plan will not be realistic.

I am very good with computers and installing software but this programe got the better of me! I have spent hours and hours just trying to figure out how it works. I contacted the support team and they have been no help. It does not come with any type of book or booklet. Buy this software at your own risk!

I have used this software for 3 years and have designed my whole house using it. At first I found it difficult to get to grips with, but I persevered, although it took two weeks of trial and error, but I have won. Other review writers state it has no instructions. There are instructions,under '3D I.D. Help'. You do have to have a certain amount of creativity to manipulate the items to make them into other things, eg. large cabinet reduced to make an antiques style jewellery box or putting a wood pattern on furniture or doors. The doors can be swivelled round so that the handle is on the other side. I think this is a great software package to use, although I agree the support team have no understand of using it. Maybe they should employ me.
