What a great start to my new year. decide to order this and was so happy that i did. it came this morning and all i was excepting was a normal sized cd case with extra pages that make up the book. Was i wrong i came in a big hardbacked book with lots of great pictures from each of the shows that they did on that tour.
The great thing was that the dvd show ws the one i went too. First Dave Matthews show i ever went too so it brought back loads of memory's of that night.
The cds are just great as well gives a great sense of how good a live Dave Matthews concert is.
i would reccomend this to everyone!!!

Yet another Dave Matthews Band live album but the good news is that it is fantastic like all the rest that I've heard! I was particularly drawn to it because of the accompanying DVD and having seen the band on the tour. It's not cheap and to be honest I'd delayed buying in the hope that it might come down in price, but I have to say it was worth the full price.
A full concert over 3CDs in Italy from the tour promoting Big Whiskey and the Groo Grux King plus over 2 1/2 hours of concert footage recorded at Brixton Academy on the same tour.
The nicest surprise was the attention to detail given to the 12" album sized book. A couple of pages of photos have been allocated to every concert on the tour (I could even pick myself out in the balcony of the Wolverhampton gig which was shot from the stage).
Fully satisfied, but if Amazon included some sample pages from the book plus the track listings, I would have given in sooner.

This is great! I was lucky enough to be at the concert that was filmed for the DVD - however, the camera folks interviewed a chap next to me and I didn't even get my face on film!! Oh well, never mind!
The 3 audio cd's of the concert in Italy are very good - however, when someone set them up, the chose a wee gap in between each track, which being a live recording sounds a bit odd. Other than that, can't recommend it highly enough!

Simply brilliant. Can't fault this prodct in anyway. As fans of DMB already know, the band plays a different set every night (& not a couple of tracks - sometimes everything - check out their website for details)- hence the value in the DVD/CD package from different night - more tracks!
My wife & I went to the near three hour Wolvehampton show in 2009 (& the O2 show in 2010) - best concert of my life. Having seen Queen, Clapton, Ozzy, & many others at 300+ top gigs that's some claim!
The packaging is excellent too, photos superb...running out of superlatives here! DVD highlights include a crushing...Crush, You & Me, a definitive version of So Damn Lucky, Crash into me & Lying in the hands of God...and #41 (jazz/rock extravaganza with new saxophonist Jeff Goffin dueling with Carter). The sets of both DVD/CD are "new album" heavy - but that's not a problem when the material is so strong. CD highlights are just as numerous...but my favourite must be The Dreaming Tree (I'll see DMB do this live one day!)
