This is a sublime electro-pop track by the synth wizard Mr Dolby. There is inventive use of drum machines and punchy synth rhythms, with very catchy synthesised backing vocals to the chorus. If you like this, don't hesitate to buy the album from which it is taken, The Golden Age of Wireless, which is equally brilliant. Okay, the music now dates back 30 odd years, but it has aged well and it holds its own against modern electro-pop acts like Little Boots and Goldfrapp. Mr Dolby was a somewhat unheralded keyboard artist of the early 80's, when compared with the likes of say Gary Numan or Blancmange, but he was every bit as talented and creative as the better known artists. Please don't overlook The Golden Age of Wireless, whatever age you are, it is one of those masterful albums, like Never Forever by Kate Bush, where you can just feel the care, skill and thought which went into creating it.
