First off, I'm not a big fan of 'self-help' books: all too often they're just a candyfloss of woolly generalisations, hippy-dippy airy-fairiness, and 'upbeat' messages.
Living Magically: A New Vision of Reality: is a typical and deeply irritating example.
So this is a refreshing change. It's direct, practical and helpful. It talks in plain English. And it actually takes you through logical stages in preparing yourself to drive a project through, from a dream to a practical reality.
You will find this particularly helpful if you have difficulty balancing a becoming modesty with self-belief; if this is an obstacle to promoting your own projects, or if enthusing others with your plans seems difficult, this book WILL help.
I can imagine it being useful in all kinds of scenarios, from promoting that novel that's been in your drawer for the last ten years, to getting that job promotion - even finding a partner.
Highly recommended.
