Amazon Verified Purchase
As another reviewer commented they do not "quite match" but for £1.50 per good sized mug (icluding delivery!) they simply cannot be faulted. The main point in buying them apart from the price, was the 12oz capacity. It makes all the difference between a cuppa and a decent mug. (In any case, when I set the table for visitors, the bone china comes out, not mugs of any shape, colour or size. :-))

The cups look very nice in general. But one cup per box was clearlly different in size and colour. For us, that is ok for everyday use, but if you want to set a table, it would look a bit strange.

If you're looking for a high quality finish on your mugs then these aren't for you,they have paint drips around the top and sides of the mug. Read more

what happened
well was delighted with the price but when i received the mugs they have laods a chips and more are happening .. not happy at all

Outer box badly damaged at one end. Contents unharmed thanks to good internal packing. The carriers (Hermes) need to be more careful.
