The two Mullins' Organisational Behaviour books (this one and the larger Management and Organisational Behaviour) are both excellent references book in their field

I tend to recommend the other book to my Business Students as it has rather more content and examples than this one. But if you are interested in a book that is less academically dense then this is potentially perfect. It is written for students who are not primarily studying business but have business modules within their course

Over it's 500 pages you will get the same quality of writing and content that Mullins does so well - but in a smaller, slightly more accessible package. The production values are still good with a quality book containing quality (slightly thin) paper and images

Price wise the two Mullins OB books are quite close (rrp 50 and 45), so I cant help but feel this one is slightly over priced based on the page count. But if you don't want the extra depth and the extra 400 pages to carry around it makes a good buy
