3.0 out of 5 stars More of a pamphlet than a book 2 Feb 2007
By MJ - Published on
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
It covers the basics but this is really more of an overview of spinning than an in-depth "how-to" manual - it's only 40 pages and looks like a self-published booklet. It would make a good guide if you're already taking a spinning class. But if you can't find it for less than the cost of her video, "Handspinning: Advanced Techniques", buy that instead - it's more basic than it sounds. And you'll get more out of it.
