About the Author
Whitney has held the post of President of SU USA since 1997. He has written six books on the subject of personal and group Bible study including John: The Living Word. He has also written articles for various newsletters and Christian magazines. Whitney lives in Pennsylvania where he and his wife Carol attend an Episcopal church. When he's not working or writing, Whitney enjoys spending time with his family, golf, running, or working out at the YMCA. He's a fan of Starbuck coffee, classical, bluegrass and jazz music, and National Public Radio. He also finds time somehow to get involved as a volunteer at an inner city shelter for homeless women and their children called the St Barnabas Mission.
