This item like any other item advocating homeopathy is in support of what is nothing more than a simple medical scam.
Homeopathy is to medicine what a hamburger is to vegetarianism. It is only essential to the homeopath, as it provides a source of income. In the 21st century homeopathy is nothing more or less than medical fraud.
Homeopathy is, in any dilution above 6C, water or sugar pills. To find a single molecule of active ingredient in a 30C dilution, it would require a sphere of homeopathic remedy with a diameter equal in length to the distance from the Earth to the Sun. Homeopathy is demonstrably physically impossible... unless you are completely ignorant of physics and happy to be defrauded by the likes of Dana Ullman. Ullman is the modern day Internet equivalent of the old travelling medicine salesman touting the Elixir of Life. The only question about homeopaths is, are they well-meaning but deluded, or are they mendacious charlatans. Either way, homeopathy is incontrovertibly, demonstrably, quackery.
In spite of personal anecdotes claiming cures of all manner of diverse "maladies" it has never cured anyone of anything at all... because it can't. In fact, if homeopathy works then all real medicine, plus all that is known about physics, chemistry and biology is wrong and doesn't work. Your computer doesn't work, electricity doesn't exist, aeroplanes don't fly, plastics don't exist and you have no food on your plate. Homeopathy contradicts the current sum total of human knowledge in its entirety. As the late Professor Richard Feynman said, the easiest person to fool is yourself. A little ignorance and prejudice go a long way to creating the illusion of homeopathic cure. All it needs is a little push from a mendacious salesman (or well-meaning incompetent) with a kind bedside manner and a willing ear. A feature of all good conmen is a kind bedside manner and a willing ear.
In spite of all the claims made by homeopaths that homeopathy will cure every disease known to man, it has never been demonstrated incontrovertibly to cure anything. In 200+years there hasn't been a single documented, evidenced cases study of homeopathy incontrovertibly curing anything at all. The scam depends on an individual's lack of knowledge of how the human body works and how chemistry works. Claims are easily made and repeated ad nauseam, without the claimant homeopath or advocate ever having to provide a shred of actual evidence to support the claim. What passes for evidence in homeopathy world amounts to piles of unattributable anecdotes, pseudo-scientific "studies", statistical anomalies and insignificances, and satisfaction surveys. Lots of bullshit and ad hominem attacks on so-called "alopathy" (conventional medicine 250 years ago) and "Big Pharma". But no evidence and certainly (after 200+ years) no documented verifiable case studies. You would think after 200+ years of unparalleled medical success in treating all the world's ailments, documented verifiable cases would be littering the laboratories and studies of scientists everywhere - by the million. But there isn't even one. Most odd, I think. The stink of the rat you can smell? That's homeopathy.
If homeopathy works then unicorns do exist. That of course won't stop those lacking in critical thinking skills, or science literacy (not to mention a mendacious few) from claiming that homeopathy has cured them of everything.
