About the Author
Carol Ann Strange is a freelance writer and author with special interest in holistic health and well-being. Within the martial arts, she is a practitioner of Tai Chi. In 1991, she partnered with her brother Mark Strange (former British Kung Fu Champion) in the opening of The Leyland Academy of Chinese Martial Arts. Today, Carol is studying complentary medicine. She lies with her husband Paul and their children, Jason and Stephanie in Lancashire.
