Very Informative! 13 Oct 2011
Format:Paperback
An interesting book - part a review of why we have the Fat/Thin issues currently, Part a review of Diets on offer and part an explanation of what is sensible.
I found this refreshing to read as it pull together the three separate subject matters well and is honest with the reader - most diet books tend to be more "Quick Fix" in approach. Due to this I know many readers will not like the book as it does not give easy answers but the facts!
