Basically, this was the realization that eros, love and sexuality are the foundation of human reality. Eros is a unique experience, a kind of bridge connecting sexuality and love. Eros must be continually rekindled because it is meteoric in nature, quick to flame and just as quick to flame out. It is rekindled through self-revelation as we disclose ever deeper and more central truths about our selves, as well "open our souls" to those we love. keeping ourselves open and continuously discovering the many aspects of our partner is what keeps love alive and that is what this book is about.many times we like to pigeonhole people and think of them in fixed terms therefore making it difficult to know them more and more.I loved this book.
