Pull out spray make cleaning pots and pans a doddle. Ceramic disc technology prevents maddening drips. Brushed steel solid brass body and a 10 year warranty.

Working requirements

Our taps work on water systems that produce a minimum of 0.5 bar water pressure, however to get the best results we recommend using a water system that produces 1.0 bar pressure. This can be achieved by using one of the following systems:

  • Combination boiler systems
  • Gravity fed systems (only with a pump)
  • Megaflow system
  • Pumped hot water systems
  • Un-vented hot water systems
  • Standard pressurized hot water cylinder type systems

Greetings,

Just bought this good looking mixer to go with my equally big, contemporary farmhouse style sink. It is as big and impressive looking as they say. Handsome on all accounts. The spray function works great.

Unfortunately, my plumber and I are having an issue with looseness where the long neck slots into place. There's a lot of wobble we can't seem to rectify. While it has not hampered the function (yet) it gives the impression it could easily come apart.

I have sent the company and email, raising the stability issue. Hopefully we can work it out.

If the mixer tap had a tighter fit, I'd give it 5 stars all the way.

Another issue: Supposed to come with a 10 year guarantee. Mine didn't come with anything.

Looks good and works well. Did have a few problems at first because I had a one and a half sink fitted and the flexible hose from the tap was getting caught up in the waste pipes and causing the problems set out by other reviewers of the hose end being a bit loose. My kitchen fitter solved this by moving the counterweight further up the hose and taping it there. Means I can't pull the hose out to its full extent (wouldn't want to anyway) and the hose now goes back into the tap without any problem and stays firmly in place. Very happy with this tap and would recommend.

This tap is of good quality, is quite sturdy and very functional. We had previuosly paid a higher price for a tap in B&Q which lasted less than a year. My sister in law was also impressed and has since purchased the same tap.

My daughter has one of these taps so I knew they were good.

I ordered mine at lunch time on Thursday, they arrive in rural North Yorkshire by 9.30am on Friday, most impressive.

But luckily the plumber was here as they came with fitting instructions for totally different taps! We did eventually get them in place and I am delighted with them and highly recommend them, and the service as long as they come with the correct installation guide!

AV.

Bought this tap about 3 months ago. Easy to install, no Instructions supplied,Not a problem Idiot proof on connecting pipes. Good taps easy to use. the wobble on the neck should not cause a problem in the long term as its on a ball joint and will not leak

Well so far so good, the quality of the tap is amazing it looks nice (not cheap) and its big. If you have a small kitchen it would look out of place

Really elegant and stylish design and a complete steal for the price. All the parts and fittings required are in the box and are well made and fit standard 15mm copper pipe.

The only shortcomings are

1. The pull out pipe is a little short compared to our old tap.
2. Fitting the flexi-pipes to the bottom of the tap base is poorly designed. You cannot get anything into rotate the heads and tighten them down and it is a 'fit and hope' idea that you don't know if it's tight enough until the tap is in place. Very poor but it's the same for all taps of this type.

But overall a very high quality product for a very low price.

Tap in place and been used for two weeks now, looks expensive, not sure how long it will last with hard wear as a bit flimsy but will see over time. You have to have the tap on quite high to depress button for change to shower mode. The pull out is easy to use and makes rinsing a lot easier.

Overall happy with the look and functionality of the tap, really suits my modern kitchen and thus far has impressed guests.
