I'm currently in my final year at university and Equity and Trusts is one of my modules.
It is really hard trying to remember all the cases and the main legal principles for each topic. This little bite size summary case book is fantastic in class or lectures to quickly find the case in question so you can get to grips with what the tutor is going on about before they move onto the next point.
I previously found myself flipping through all my notes and textbooks trying to find the facts of cases and before i knew it we had moved onto different parts of the topic, with this little book it has all the key cases you need to know so you can use it to refresh your memory. To be honest, we read so many cases sometimes it's nice to see a case summarised in a paragraph rather than a 30 page judgement!!!
I also find it helpful as my first point of call for coursework, to see the different cases surrounding the area i'm looking into and then reading the full judgements so that i'm not wasting my time reading a case which is arguing the opposing point.
