A good quality ink giving excellent print quality, text and photos.However each replacement cartridge seems to last less time, which leads me to suspect the manufacturer's are disguising price rises in real terms.

Ordered black ink cartridges and was sent wrong colour. Numerous emails to them before responses claiming they were having difficulties with their email (perhaps the volume of complaints?).Steer clear of this shower.

I AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. IT WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL, PRINTER SAID IT DID NOT RECOGNISE IT & I TRIED EMAILING 4 TIMES WITH NO REPLY, I TRIED TELEPHONING BUT THERE WAS NOBODY THERE OVER THE WEEKEND & I SPOKE TO 4 ONLINE AGENTS & THEY COULD NOT HELP. I WAS TOLD IT WAS PROBABLY MY PRINTER, BUT I HAD HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE AND HAD BEEN HELPED BY TELEPHONE & WITHIN MINUTES IT WAS FIXED. I TOLD ALL 4 AGENTS. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ASSIGNMENT & NEEDED HELP QUICKLY. I ENDED UP HAVING TO GO OUT AT 8 P.M ON A SATURDAY NIGHT TO PURCHASE ONE FROM A LOCAL DEALER. THAT WORKED, SO I HAD SPENT HOURS GETTING NOWHERE & SO FRUSTRATED I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE AGAIN. I HAD TO BIN THE PURCHASE. I NEED TO REPLACE ALL MY COLOURS, BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE 36.00 AS I DAREN'T WASTE ANYMORE MONEY ON HERE.
