The product was an Epson Ink Cartridge. which your website stated 'In Stock'.
However I received an acknowledgement from 7 day shop which stated 'out of stock' I then tried to contact Amazon to make the request that you placed the order on another company, but your system would not allow me to do this. Once the order had been given to 7 day shop, thats it, it could not be altered. All correspondance had to then be with the 7 day shop.I just had to wait for stocks to arrive in, which they duly did after about a week or so, but this was an urgent requirement, had I known that your website quantity was incorrect, I would have ordered elsewhere.
There should be a method of contacting Amazon, when the error was clearly created by them.
