This sleek all-in-one makes an elegant addition to your home, giving you printing, copying and scanning with freedom from unsightly wires. Its easy-access, front-loading paper tray keeps paper stored out of sight for a neat silhouette.
To help you cut down on paper usage, the Epson Stylus SX525WD features automatic double-sided printing. This can reduce your costs and is better for the environment too.
Viewing and printing documents and photos is effortless using the SX525WD’s large LCD display, and to make things even easier, you can print directly from memory cards.
Whatever you print, you’ll get high-quality results every time with the SX525WD. School projects are brought to life with rich colours, and documents look crisp with laser-like text. Producing outstanding, lab-quality photos is easy – you can view them first using the SX525WD’s LCD screen, adjust colour and contrast plus remove red-eye with the included software, and conveniently print directly from memory cards.

Your great-looking prints will stay that way for years to come. This is thanks to Epson’s DURABrite Ultra Ink, which features resin-coated particles for tough, long-lasting results. Prints dry instantly and resist water, smudging, fading and even highlighter pens.
Epson’s individual ink cartridge system means you only ever need to replace the colour used. Since you won’t have to buy a whole new set of inks every time one colour is used up, this saves you money.
Whether you print little or often, a choice of ink cartridge sizes to suit your needs makes printing more economical.
Connecting the SX525WD to your wireless network is easy and takes just a few simple steps. The included instructions will show you how.
Qualified by ENERGY STAR, the SX525WD’s excellent power efficiency helps you reduce your energy bills and your impact on the environment.
The SX525WD’s sleek and stylish design will fit easily into any home. And with its wireless connectivity, you can say goodbye to ugly cables and position it wherever suits you best.
Save time and effort with the included ABBYY FineReader™ OCR software, which allows you to easily edit any text you’ve scanned.
Epson’s Micro Piezo printhead technology gives you reliable, high-quality results that can’t be matched.
Micro Piezo works by running an electric charge through piezoelectric elements, causing their shape to change. This creates a pressure wave that propels the ink. Thermal-type inkjets used by Epson’s competitors work by heating the ink, which causes it to expand and move through the nozzle to be fired onto the paper.
The fundamental problem with thermal inkjet technology is that it’s less robust. The ink has to survive extreme conditions, and the heater is prone to burning out. Boiling ink can cause residue deposits on the element, and over time, this means the printer becomes less efficient.
Avoiding all these pitfalls, Micro Piezo operates at room temperature, offering greater ink stability and delivering perfect control over the size and placement of each ink droplet.
And, as the Micro Piezo printhead is a permanent part of the print system, unlike other manufacturers’ printheads, it is one less consumable to dispose of.Every nozzle in an Epson four-colour printer can produce three different droplet sizes. This is called variable-sized droplet technology, and is made possible by the Piezo component.
Epson’s competitors using thermal inkjet technology can only produce one droplet size from each nozzle. This means they are forced to include a different set of nozzles for each droplet size, and often only offer two droplet sizes.
Epson’s multiple droplet sizes result in smoother gradations when printing areas of varying tone, with smaller droplets giving clarity to fine detail. Another advantage is faster printing, with bigger droplets printing large areas of colour more quickly.
Epson DURABrite Ultra Ink is an advanced pigment-based ink technology that encapsulates ink particles in a protective resin coating. This makes the ink resistant to water, smudging and fading.
The benefits include greater durability and dramatically less bleed-through than conventional dye-based inks.
DURABrite Ultra delivers laser-like text and glossy photos, which last over 200 years* when stored in a photo album.
