When Epson sell you a new printer(Expression XP-750) they only give you starter cartridges with it which hold a very small amount of ink in them T2421 black and the T2422/3/4/5/6 colour cartridges. I used about 3 black and 2 of each colour cartridges last month and it was costing me a small fortune to run. I later found out that Epson do a higher yield version of the T2422 black & T2422/3/4/5/6 cartridges which cost only a few pounds more but hold more ink in them than the starter cartridges which I was using before. What you need is a Epson T2431 (24XL) on the black which hold 10mls of ink rather than the 5.1mls of ink that is in the T2421 black starter cartridge and on the colours what you should be using is a Epson T2432/3/4/5/6 which holds 8.7mls rather than the 4.6mls which is in the T2422/3/4/5/6 colour starter cartridges. I can even go one better, I now use a company called advantage online who stock the Epson originals plus do a British premium compatible T2421 and T2432/3/4/5/6 cartridges which hold 14.6mls black and 14.6mls per colour cartridge but cost less than half the price of price of the Epson originals. I have used them a couple of times so far and have been quite impressed. I hope you don't fall into the Epson trap of selling a very good printer (XP750) at a very cheap price and then trying to charge you load of money for starter cartridges which are nearly empty...

This pack of inks provide the complete refresh set for my Epsom XP-750 but like all quality inks they are very expensive. I tend to alternate with a compatible set which costs less than £12 and does almost the same job at a quarter of the cost. For me it depends whether I am needing top quality photos (for family or friends) or next best quality for my albums!!

What can you say about printer ink? This is the right ink for the printer, conveniently packed as a full set of 6 inks, which produce lovely glossy photo prints. You may also have to find a supplier of single colour inks because my printer, which I haven't had very long, seems to be using some colours much more quickly than others.

very expensive for the amount of printing they produce, it doesn't surprise me that very few people produce prints from their photo's
when you consider the total cost of all the cartridges required to the amount of prints returned it,s a bit of a joke.
I,m sure the manufacturers will say that it,s because their printer is set up wrong, but after using three different printers it always ends with the same result, the consumables for all these printers in my view are all extortionately over priced for the amount of prints produced.
It must be clear to all that the number of printers purchased to the number of ink cartridges sold is totally disproportionate, so draw your own conclusions.

I have recently replaced my printer through Epson insurance & had to order these inks which are different to the ones I was using.Turned out to be an expensive insurance as these inks are much dearer than the ones I was using.Haven't found out how long they last yet though so could be more economical-we'll see!

You have to have this, its the only one that matches the printer! I needed to replace my cartridges quickly, I could not buy locally so ordered on line. The downside of this is that you then have to trust a third party to deliver. They didn't! The supplier did eventually send another set, but not first class as promised. You all know how frustrating this is when you are out of ink! The cartridges are sitting in the drawer as a spare set. Found a better supplier.
